My dad used to say, “There is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people asking questions.” It was always a funny joke, but can be taken seriously when applied to failure. There is no such thing as pure failure, just people failing to learn from their experiences. I’ve admittedly never run a huge company, but I have failed and have drawn on those lessons later in life. Don’t waste a good failure.
